PURPOSE: To prevent the exposure to the air of molten metal and to improve the accuracy of oil supplying quantity by arranging plungers for molten metal supplying hole switch, for pushing out molten metal in a furnace and for molten metal sucking hole switch, of the molten metal supplying body near the base part of an injection sleeve in the molten metal supplying apparatus of a die casting machine.

CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 33 with a B plunger 39 is submerged into the molten metal 14 in a holding furnace 11 covering on the upper part by a cover 32 and a C plunger 36 is arranged at a sucking hole 34 at the right side of a projecting part of the lower part of the plunger 39 and a discharging hole 35 at the left side is connected with the molten metal supplying body 31 of the injection sleeve 12. Further, A plunger 41 is arranged at a molten metal supplying hole 40 of the molten metal supplying body 31. At first, the injection plunger 16 is stood by as shown in figure and the plungers 36, 39 are ascended at the same time, to flow and suck the molten metal 14 into the cylinder 33 and store. Next, after closing the sucking hole 34 by descending the plunger 36, the plunger 41 is descended, and further the plunger 39 is descended to supply the molten metal 14 into the sleeve 12. In succession, after closing the molten metal supplying hole 40 by ascending the plunger 41, the plunger 16 is advanced to execute the injection.
