PURPOSE: To prevent the development of a solidified material and to improve the sealing performance by arranging a projecting part at the molten metal side of a molten metal sealing part at the upper side of a valve seat part, forming the tip part of a weighing valve rod as semi-spherical shape and arranging an annular groove at the abutting part on the valve seat.
CONSTITUTION: The valve seat part 81 having a molten metal discharging hole 82 as a part of a valve seat sleeve 27 is provided at the tip lower part and also the weighing valve rod 26 freely openable/closable with respect to this valve seat part is provided. The projecting part 81b at the stored molten metal side is arranged in the molten metal sealing part on the upper side of this valve seat part 81 and also, the tip part of the weighing valve rod is formed as the semi-spherical shape and the annular groove 26b is arranged on the abutting part of this tip part of the weighing valve rod on the valve seat part 81. At the time of completing the pouring of the desired quantity of molten metal into an injection sleeve, the weighing valve rod 26 is descended to close the valve. At this time, the annular groove upper corner having R-shape cross section at the tip part of the weighing valve rod and the tapered shape valve sleeve are abutted in line contact to prevent the leakage of molten metal.
