In a position being apart from the center of a hutch 62 at a prescribed distance, a first to a third through-holes 65a to 65c piercing from the inner side to the outer side of the vessel 100, are arranged. The first through-hole 65a is arranged at piping 56 side and the second through-hole 65b and the third through-hole 65c are arranged at the opposite side to the first through-hole 65a. To the first and the second through-holes 65a, 65b, plugs 68a, 68b constituted of one side of a coupler, are fitted. To the first through-hole 65a, a first socket 70a inserting a first electrode 69a is fitted, and to the second through-hole 65b, a second socket 70b inserting a second electrode 69b is fitted. The coupler is constituted of each plug and socket.
