To provide a technology capable of directly obtaining a granulated slag having good handleability by a very simple operation and also to facilitate the miniaturization of a device in a granulating method of molten slag and a granulating device of the molten slag.
The device is provided with a rotary dispersion surface 1a receiving a dropped molten slag while rotating and dispersing the slag in the form of a droplet and a slag cooling surface 2a provided at a radial outer side of the rotary dispersion surface 1a and rotating separately from the rotary dispersion surface 1a and receiving the droplet slag blown from the rotary dispersion surface 1a and gradually cooling the slag while moving and granulating the slag.
