When all of 19 or 25 of the flow are YES, the flow shifts to its 13, where the number of the exchange currency having been stored in the address of the RAM 49 is counted and when the count coincides in the flow 14, whether the one having been inserted for the purpose of money change is the banknote or card is discriminated in the flow 16. In the flow 28, the data having been stored in the RAM 49 are printed on the card to discriminate the card. This card cannot be used for that day and becomes usable on the next day.
