To provide a two-dimensional code settlement system for laundry stores that is highly secure in terms of information and communication and can be constructed at low cost.SOLUTION: A plurality of laundry apparatuses are connected to a money compound processing device 166 disposed in a laundry store 100. The money compound processing device 166 is also connected to a two-dimensional code settlement server 118 including a plurality of two-dimensional code systems via an Internet communication line 112. After a two-dimensional code displayed on the money compound processing device 166 is obtained by a user terminal 124, a settlement request is transmitted to the two-dimensional code settlement server 118. The two-dimensional code settlement server 118 performs a settlement process and transmits a result to the money compound processing device 166, and the money compound processing device 166 controls operation of a corresponding laundry apparatus according to the result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
