PURPOSE: To eliminate complicacy for the money payment, and also, to improve certainty and safety of the payment by coupling a reserved ticket issue system and a payment system of the money.

CONSTITUTION: When a user inserts a card for identifying himself into a ticket issue terminal 1, a card confirming means 4 confirms validity of the card between its means and a financial organ host computer 3, and a reservation input means 5 executes a reservation input. Subsequently, a reservation input confirming means 6 operates, confirms the contents of the reservation input between its means and a service trader host computer 2. Next, a balance confirming means 7 confirms a fact that the amount of money to be debited is in the user's account, and a reservation registering means 8 registers the contents of the reservation input in the service trader host computer 2. Thereafter, a fund transfer means 9 operates, outputs a fund transfer instruction to the financial orgain host computer 3 so that the amount corresponding to the reservation input is paid to an account of the service trader, and also, informs a fund transfer completion to the service trader host computer 2. Also, a ticket issuing means 10 operates, and a ticket issue subjected to reservation request is executed from the ticket issue terminal 1.
