Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent techniques for stealing change or an article using a radio transmitter at relatively low cost by arranging a radio wave absorber at a coin slot so that the slot is surrounded.
CONSTITUTION: The coin slot is formed in its main body 1 by sandwiching and pressing a ferrite core 2 between core covers 3. Thus, the ferrite core 2 is provided to the coin slot and then the ferrite core 2 has a radio wave absorbing function; even when, for example, an antenna lead wire is used and inserted into the coin slot, the radio wave emitted by the antenna lead wire is absorbed and effectively reduced and adverse influence is not exerted on an electronic circuit. Further, the coil slot main body 1 and core covers 3 are made of metal and the ferrite core 2 is backed to generate an eddy current in the metallic conductor with the magnetic flux in the ferrite core 2 and consume energy, thereby obtaining more effects.
