To enable further appropriate remaining collection.SOLUTION: A money processor includes: a money storage unit for storing money; a control unit that controls the remaining collection process in which some of the money is left in the money storage unit and other money is transferred from the money storage unit for collection; and a memory unit that stores multiple patterns of the total amount or the number of money for each denomination of the remaining money, which are the money to be left in the money storage unit in the remaining collection. The control unit generates a selection screen for selecting one of the patterns from the plurality of patterns in the remaining collection, and controls the remaining collection according to the pattern selected on the selection screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
