The controller 45 conducts an additional money receipt treatment of adding the input money to the remaining money specified by the valuable value information read from the recording medium 50 and renewing it and further conducts an adjustment treatment of reducing the amount of money corresponding to the amount of the refueled oil from the remaining money specified by the valuable value information, calculating new remaining money, renewing and recording the valuable value information capable of specifying new calculated remaining money in the recording medium 50 and returning it to a user.
