Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advise monitor information having added value information to the operator with reliability and to reduce a job amount by allowing a central unit to confirm whether or not a database includes added value information relating to monitor information to be sent and allowing a display means to display a characteristic signal indicating the presence of the added value information. SOLUTION: A central unit 3 has a database including added value information relating to monitor information and updates the database. That is, before monitor information is sent to a display means 4, the central unit 3 confirms whether or not the database includes added value information relating to the monitor information, and the central unit 3 indicates the existence of the added value information in the case of transmission of the monitor information and the display means displays a message of the added value information. When the message is accompanied with a characteristic signal, a pilot takes notice of the necessity of checking a relating technical material. Then the pilot uses a computer terminal manually from a link 6 to improve lookover of a mount unit 7.
