Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically retrieve and display a drawing in response to a failure occurred by providing an automatic retrieving device which receives a tag number from a console for occurrence of the failure and retrieves a drawing related to the tag number. CONSTITUTION:A process operating console 3 knows the occurrence of a failure and outputs a tag number in response to the failure. An automatic retrieving device 33 receives the tag number from the console 3 for occurrence of the failure and retrieves a drawing number related to the tag number. An optical filing device 30 selects the drawing image information registered in an optical (magnet-optical) disk 33 based on the drawing number retrieved by the device 33 to display or print the information via a CRT 32 or a printer 36. Thus, the picture corresponding failure is automatically obtained when the failure occurs.
