To enable to freely and easily ascend/descend light therapy equipment even if a top plate do a monitor stand is not ascended/descended, by equipping a freely ascendable/descendible light therapy equipment between a stored position in the back of the top plate and a required position.
Light therapy equipment 2 is ascendably/descendably mounted on the back side of the top plate 3 of a monitor stand occupying a position just above an incubator 1. An edge material 3b to retain rigidity of the top plate 3a is extended from the end edge of the top plate 3a in the orthogonally crossing to the top plate 3a to form a dent part 3c in the back side of the top plate 3a, and the light therapy equipment 2 is stored in the dent part 3c. Here, each of right and left end of the light therapy equipment 2 is supported by a link device 6 mutually making a pair, two parallel and equally long links 6a and 6b are mounted on the link device and pivotally attached to the top plate 3a via support shafts 10 and 10'. The end of seach is pivotally attached to right and left ends of the light therapy equipment 2 via support shafts 11 ands 11'. Since those link devices form a parallel crank mechanis, the light therapy equipment can be ascended/descended parallelly without rotating.
