PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the monitor system for a network that conducts monitor control efficiently by suppressing secondary alarm relating to a secondary fault caused by a primary fault so as to relieve a load of a master transmitter with respect to the monitor system of the network where the master transmitter, a slave transmitter with a control section and a slave transmitter without a control section are interconnected by a transmission line.
SOLUTION: A master transmitter 100 is provided with a control section 110 that collects fault information from a prescribed number of 2nd slave transmitters 301, 302 without a control section and a primary alarm notice section 120 that transmits primary alarm in the fault information to one or plural 1st slave transmitters 201, 202 with a control section. Each of plural slave transmitters 201, 202 is provided with a control section 210 that collects fault information of its own set and with a secondary alarm suppression section 220 that suppresses primary alarm received from the master transmitter 100 and secondary alarm relating to the primary alarm in its own set. The section 200 suppresses the secondary alarm caused by the primary alarm.
