Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring apparatus capable of easily changing set contents without restricting an installation position of a photographing part.SOLUTION: The monitoring apparatus includes: a display part 3 for displaying a person to be monitored X photographed by a photographing part 2 in real time and displaying a marker for specifying a position of the monitoring target; a first input part for accepting input of a relative installation position of the photographing part to the monitoring target; a first storage part for storing monitoring environment data previously regulating an environment of the monitoring target to be photographed by the photographing part in accordance with the installation position; a first setting control part for reading out the monitoring environment data from the first storage part on the basis of the installation position inputted to the first input part and setting a monitoring environment condition; and a second storage part for storing the position of the marker as a monitoring reference position of the monitoring target after the person to be monitored displayed on the display part is positioned to the marker, by changing at least one of a position and a direction of the photographing part on the installation position.
