Abstract:

To precisely monitor fluctuation of a power supply voltage with generating a reference voltage by the power supply voltage.

A first divided voltage (VCC.Z/X) of a first voltage-dividing circuit 3 in a power supply part 9 and a second divided voltage (VCC.Z/Y) in other power supply part 9 are respectively input to reversing input terminals 11 of a first and a second comparison circuits 1, 2. A reference voltage Z of a reference voltage generation circuit 8 is input to non-reversing inputs 12 of the first and the second comparison circuits 1, 2. A collector of a NPN transistor 7 is connected to the reversing input terminal 12 of the first comparison circuit 1, a base of the transistor 7 is connected to an output terminal 13, and an emitter of the transistor 7 is grounded. The first and the second comparison circuits 1,2 are constituted of circuits including the same differential amplifier circuit.
