Abstract:
To achieve a stable energy supply to electric power demand and hydrogen demand by systematically controlling a generating section, a storage battery section, a hydrogen manufacturing section, a hydrogen storage section, and a fuel battery section, to contribute to the realization of a good energy-efficient society.SOLUTION: In a microgrid 101, a power measuring section 10 of a monitoring control system 100 measures a power requirement necessary in a power demand 102. A power reference calculation section 6 calculates a power reference according to the measurement of the power measuring section 10. A hydrogen measuring section 11 measures a hydrogen requirement necessary in a hydrogen demand 103. A hydrogen reference calculation section 7 calculates a hydrogen reference according to the measurement of the hydrogen measuring section 11. An energy managing section 16 controls the distribution of power supply of a power generating section 1, a storage battery section 2, and a fuel battery section 5 on the basis of the calculated power reference and hydrogen reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
