Abstract:

To provide technology for allowing an operator to accommodate more easily, quickly and appropriately regardless of a customer.

When a customer using an automatic machine 10 makes an inquiry by an interphone, the automatic machine 10 notifies a server 30 of a monitoring center 40 of the currently displayed image by the hookon of the interphone. The server 30 transmits the notified image to a terminal device 5 used by an operator answering to the customer to display the image. Thus, it is possible to perform information transmission based on the image at which the customer looks.
