PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device of a power storage member capable of enhancing accuracy of monitoring of the power storage member, and to provide a power storage device and a monitoring method of the power storage member.SOLUTION: A monitoring device of a power storage member comprises a circuit having a structure for determining a monitoring object power storage member on the basis of results of a plurality of voltage measurements for each of a plurality of serially connected power storage blocks including at least one power storage member respectively.
