Abstract:
To highly accurately detect a wound layer and a winding line of a winch drum.SOLUTION: A monitoring device of a winch drum for monitoring a state of a winch drum 361 comprises: phase detection means 628 which detects a phase of the winch drum 361; and distance detection means 628 which detects a distance to the winch drum 361 or a distance to a wire rope 32 wound around the winch drum 361. The winch drum 361 comprises a winding body 362 and flange parts 363, 364 which are provided on both sides of the winding body 362, and an object phase determination part 366 which becomes convex or concave relative to other portions in the peripheral direction in order to detect a phase in a portion in the peripheral direction on the outer peripheral side in the radial direction of the flange part 363.
