Abstract:
To solve the problem in which a start signal cannot be received from a load side.
A monitoring device 30 for monitoring a state of a secondary battery 10 as power storage element comprises: a measurement part 41 measuring the state of the secondary battery 10; a wakeup timer 35 starting the monitoring device 30 from a sleep state in a predetermined start cycle T and causing the measurement part to measure the state of the secondary battery; and a CPU 31 changing the start cycle T when a measured value of the measurement part 41 changes from previous measurement.
