Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device capable of inspecting the situation of the device without exchanging a conventional oil pressure gauge or oil level gauge.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 1 comprises: an imaging section 10 for imaging an oil level gauge 201 of an oil collecting device 200, an oil pressure gauge 101 of an oil pressing device 100 and an operation display section 301 indicating an operational state of an unloader 300 disposed between the oil collecting device 200 and the oil pressing device 100; a numerical value recognizing section 23 for recognizing numerical values indicated in the oil level gauge 201 and the oil pressure gauge 101; a change rate calculation section 25 for calculating a change rate of the numerical values on the basis of maximum values and minimum values of the oil level gauge 201 and the oil pressure gauge 101 in one cycle of operation of the unloader 300; an operation time calculation section 26 for calculating an operation time interval during at least an unload operation of the unloader 300 on the basis of the operational state of the unloader 300 included in the captured image; and a determination section 27 for detecting abnormality in at least one of the calculated change rate and operation time interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
