Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a monitoring method in the automatic operation of a continuous unloader enabling the display of large deviation of the tip of a scraping part from a teaching path not only in a middle position between adjacent target points but also near each target point.
CONSTITUTION: A safety zone A1 formed of an area within the specified distance from a teaching path Z connecting each target point, and an alarm zone A2 formed outside of the safety zone A1 are provided on a virtual map obtained by the operation of a controller. A signal is emitted when the tip 11a of a scraping part 11 is positioned in the alarm zone on the virtual map so as to display the deviation of the scraping part tip from the teaching path.
