Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring method of a radiant tube and a monitoring device of the radiant tube capable of detecting the radiant tube which may break, before breakage while continuing an operation of a furnace without remodeling an existing furnace.SOLUTION: In a monitoring method of a radiant tube for monitoring the radiant tube supported in a furnace by placing a support disposed on a curved portion of the radiant tube, on a reception tool formed on an inner face of a furnace wall in a projecting manner, an amount of strain of the furnace wall is detected by a strain gauge disposed on an outer face of the furnace wall, and whether the support and the reception tool are fastened or not is detected on the basis of the detected amount of strain of the furnace wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
