Abstract:
To provide a monitoring method of a secondary battery charging state which supervises the charging state at the time of charge of the secondary battery, with sufficient accuracy.
Temperature T(t1) and charge current I(t1) of the secondary battery are measured at the time t1, and based on the measured temperature T(t1) and the charge current I(t1), charge efficiency (t1) at the time t1 is computed by using the formula 1 and the formula 2. Moreover, the state of charge SOC (t2) at the time of t2, which is after time t1, is computed using the charge efficiency (t1). The state of charge during charging is updated by repeating the procedure.
