Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of CPUs built in respective cards in the case of monitoring many cards to be monitored for executing various processing installed in a radio base station or the like by a monitor and control card and to execute monitor and control similarly in a load reduced state even when the number of cards to be monitored is increased due to the extension of a system.
SOLUTION: First and second cards 103, 104 to be monitored are respectively provided with bus registers 114, 115, CPUs 116, 117 detect their status changes or the occurrence of faults, the detected status changes or fault information are respectively stored in the bus registers 114, 115 and the stored status changes or fault information are read out by a CPU 110 in a working monitor and control card 101 having working/preparatory constitution through a monitor and control bus 105 to monitor the 1st and 2nd cards 103, 104 to be monitored.
