Abstract:
To provide a monitoring system and a monitoring method for roller tire for vertical mill by which life prediction with good accuracy and abnormality detection for a spare component of a roller tire for a vertical mill can be performed, and stable continuous operation thereof can be realized.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 50 for roller tire for vertical mill comprises: a tachometer 51 which detects the number of revolutions of a roller tire 17 for vertical mill; a vibration meter 52 which detects vibration of the roller tire 17 for vertical mill; a layer thickness meter 54 which measures a raw material layer thickness of a pulverization material between the roller tire 17 for vertical mill and a rotary table 14; a roller tire life prediction part 60 which predicts life of the roller tire 17 for vertical mill on the basis of measurement values of the tachometer 51 and the layer thickness meter 54 during pulverizing operation; and a bearing abnormality detection part 70 which detects roller bearing abnormality of the roller tire 17 for vertical mill on the basis of measurement values of the tachometer 51 and the vibration meter 52 during inertial rotation in which the roller tire 17 for vertical mill during pulverizing operation is lifted from the rotary table 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
