Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early detect a symptom of abnormality in a steam utilizing machine by accurately estimating appropriateness of an operation state of the steam utilizing machine.SOLUTION: A monitoring system M of a steam utilizing facility provided with a steam utilizing machine 4 comprises: a control state detection device D1 which detects a state of a steam control device 1 installed on steam piping 2 attached to the steam utilizing machine 4; and operation state estimation means S which has a signal input section S1 where detection signals σi from the control state detection device D1 are input thereto and an operation state estimation section S2 to estimate an operation state of the steam utilizing machine 4 from one of the input detection signals σi or a predetermined specific combination of the detection signals σi.
