To provide a wireless application system which sends alarm signals by flashing of a display board and voice to a vehicle erroneously entering a site so as to make the vehicle quickly leave the site.
Using ETC, a monitoring system checks whether a vehicle entering the site through a site gate has an ETC on-board unit or not. When the vehicle has the unit, the system reads a wireless code number (WCN) of the ETC on-board unit by using a narrow-band wireless system such as a DSRC wireless, and confirms whether the read WCN is already registered or not so as to monitor the site gate. When the WCN of the ECT on-board unit of the vehicle is not registered, or when the vehicle does not have ETC on-board unit, the system determines that it is an unregistered vehicle and generates a vehicle alarm signal using a display unit such as LED or a speaker installed in the site.
