To provide a monitoring system which facilitates identification of an image which may have been subjected to an illegal behavior from a huge amount of image information obtained by photographing an information apparatus and an operator.
The monitoring system of this invention is provided with: a camera (20) which takes in at least a part of the appearance of an information apparatus being monitored (10) and at least part of an operator (11) operating the information apparatus; and a management server (30) for acquiring, storing, and managing image information (A) from the camera (20) and operation history information (B) from the information apparatus (10). The monitoring system associates the image information (A) and the operation history information (B) using time information (T) corresponding to each other.
