According to the present invention, a monitoring system (76) comprises: a throttle valve (75); a drawing flow path (760); a pressure sensor (765); and a detection unit (767). The throttle valve (75) includes an entrance and an exit (755) of driving oil from a first hydraulic driving line (71). The throttle valve (75) receives the pressure of driving oil and closes the exit (755) when the pressure of driving oil is increased, and opens the exit (755) when the pressure of driving oil is not increased, thereby removing gas from the first hydraulic driving line (71). The drawing flow path (760) guides driving oil discharged from the exit (755) of the throttle valve (75). The pressure sensor (765) measures the pressure of driving oil discharged from the exit (755) in the drawing flow path (766). The detection unit (767) detects a disorder in the gas content rate in the first hydraulic driving line (71) based on the measurement value of the pressure sensor (765). Accordingly, the early detection of a disorder in the gas content rate in the first hydraulic driving line (71) can be realized. The present invention aims to provide the monitoring system which is able to realize the early detection of a disorder in the gas content rate in the hydraulic driving line.
