Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a monoclonal antibody of cell membrane of crystalline lens to specifically react only with epithelium of crystalline lens and fibrous cell membrane.
CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody of cell membrane of crystalline lens is produced from a hybridoma cell strain obtained by fusing a lymphocyte prepared from an animal immunized against epithelial cell of crystalline lens as an antigen with a myeloma cell.
