PURPOSE: To assay species of pathogenic germs to prevent plant diseases.
CONSTITUTION: The hybridoma cell line producing a monoclonal antibody specifically reacting with at least one kind of Mycosphaerella, the antibody produced therefrom, and a composition of a diagnosing kit form comprising the antibody immobilized to a solid supporter and the antibody labeled by a reporter molecule [both antibodies can react with the Mycosphaerella and at least one thereof specifically react with the Mycosphaerella] constitute the invention. The using method comprises bringing the antibody into contact with a sample suspected to include Mycosphaerella antigen, and observing presence of antibody-antigen reaction to assay the presence or absence of the Mycosphaerella.
