Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a monoclonal antibody capable of recognizing a marrow- derived stroma cell having a pre-B cell proliferation supporting capability.
CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody recognizing a human marrow-derived stroma cell having a pre-B cell proliferation supporting capability is produced by a hybridoma prepared by immunizing a mammal using a marrow-derived stroma cell strain of an RA patient having high pre-B cell proliferation supporting capability as a sensitizing antigen and fusing the immunized cell of the mammal to a myeloma cell.
