Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a monclonal antibody which recognizes widely existing tumor antigens in the human cancer cells, and does not respond with the normal human cells, enabling to establish therapeutic systems for the immunological diagnoses of cancer as well as for the targeting functions.
CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody against peptides containing an amino acid sequence of CysGluAlaAlaAlaGlyIleGlnTrpSerGluGluGluThrGlnAspGlu, which exists in p120 protein of a human cancerating factor.
