Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the ceramic filter high in strength, excellent in permeation performance and high in filtering efficiency by forming a streaming, resistance relaxation part without applying a mechanical working.
SOLUTION: In the monolithic ceramic filter in which a ceramic filter membrane is provided on an inner peripheral surface of a partition dividing each circulating passage of a ceramic supporting body, and a part of a liq. to be treated supplied to each circulating passage from one end part is penetrated in the partition by permeating the ceramic filter membrane, and the penetrated filtrate is flowed out to an outside of the ceramic supporting body through the partition, each ceramic filter 11 is supported at each end part in a parallel state each other by interposing a supporting member 12, and a supporting part of each end part is clogged in water tight, and a filtrate penetrated into the partition by permeating the ceramic filter membrane from a flow passage 11a of each ceramic filter 11 is flowed out to outside through the flow passage R between each ceramic filter 11.
