Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a refractory lining structure for a torpedo ladle car excellent in the prevention of crack or rupture caused at the time of drying monolithic refractory lining construction body.
CONSTITUTION: In the refractory lining structure of the torpedo ladle car in which the monolithic refractory lining is formed on Perm bricks 3, moisture content in the monolithic refractory lining construction is controlled to 12-21% and a gap for escaping the moisture is formed in the Perm brick 3 on the back surface of the monolithic refractory lining.
