SOLUTION: In the buoy such as the buoy for the turn mark and an advance inhibition buoy floated and moored on the water surface of the speedboat race track or the like, the mooring device of the buoy is composed of a first chain connected to the lower end of the buoy and a chevron-shaped lever provided with a short side and the other long side forming a required angle to it, for which an anchor led to the bottom of the sea is connected to a third chain at the lower end of the short side and a weight having required volume and weight is connected to a second chain at the lower end of the other long side, and the peak is connected to the lower end of the short first chain. The mooring device is automatically moved up and down corresponding to the ebb and flow of the tide and unnecessitates or facilitates buoyancy and positioning adjustment.
