To provide a mooring device which enables a user of a small boat to safely tie up the small boat, and enables a manager of a mooring facility to easily manage mooring of the small boat.

The mooring device 1 includes: a floating body 2 for generating a buoyant force to float on a water surface; a supporting body 3 extended upward from an upper surface of the floating body 2 to be mounted on the floating body 2; and a mooring management body 4 provided on the upper part of the supporting body 3 to display a state of mooring service; a mooring cable 5 with one end connected to the supporting body 3 and the other end provided with a boat connection part 51; an anchor cable 6 with one end mounted on the lower part of the supporting body 3; and an anchor 7 mounted on the other end of the anchor cable 6. The mooring management body 4 includes: a coin detection part 41 for detecting a coin to be thrown; and a light emitting part 42 for emitting light when the coil is thrown.
