To provide a mooring device capable of mooring a floating body without whirling the floating body while reducing cost by simple work such as transportation and installation by a simple constitution.

The mooring device 10 includes a weight 11 sunk at the bottom of the water, a pulley device 20 supported by the weight 11, a buoyancy body 30 floating in water, and a wire rope 40 connecting the base end 40a to a buoy float (a floating body) 1 floating on a water surface and joining the tip folded back by being wound to a pulley 26 of the pulley device 20 to the buoyancy body 30. The wire rope 40 is towed and energized to the buoyancy body 30 side via the pulley 26 by the buoyancy F of the buoyancy body 30 in the water, and the buoy float 1 is moored to a predetermined place of the water surface. Thus, the mooring device can have the simple constitution for applying a mooring force P to the buoy float 1 by the wire rope 40 via the pulley 26 by the buoyancy F of the buoyancy body 30, excellent efficiency in installation work can be obtained, and cost can be reduced.
