To provide a mooring marine vessel lifting device dispensing with troublesome adjustment work for adjustment to the shape and width of a bottom part of a marine vessel, eliminating the possibility of damaging the bottom part of the marine vessel because of a stable support state and capable of supporting a yacht without a problem.
This device is provided with a body frame 2 having marine vessel mooring space inside where a marine vessel can enter going ahead or astern, floating bodies 3, 3 fitted to the outside of the body frame 2, pairs of chains 17, 18 elevatingly hung from the upper relative positions of the body frame with the marine vessel mooring space in between, flexible belt bodies 35 respectively hung between the chains 17, 17 and the chains 18, 18, and a driving means for lifting the belt bodies 35, 35 through the respective chains so as to lift the marine vessel with its bottom part supported by the belt bodies 35, 35, from the water surface.
