Abstract:
To suppress variation in mooring tension as well as suppressing oscillation of a floating body.SOLUTION: A mooring system 1 includes: a floating body 2 floating on a water surface 91; a mooring base 3 fixed to water bottom 92; a mooring line 4; and an oscillation reduction unit 5. The flooring body 2 has a surface symmetrical shape regarding a symmetrical surface in parallel in the vertical direction. The mooring line 4 connects the floating body 2 and the mooring base 3 by 1 point mooring. The mooring line 4 is connected to the floating body 2 at a mooring point 21 separated in the side direction from the center of gravity G of the floating body 2. The oscillation reduction unit 5 suppresses pitching of the floating body 2 by being connected to the floating body 2. Therefore, variation in mooring tension affecting the mooring line 4 is capable being suppressed as well as being capable of suppressing the oscillation of the floating body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
