Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morpheme analysis device, a morpheme analysis method and a morpheme analysis program capable of selecting an optimum solution with high precision from a plurality of correct answer candidates.
SOLUTION: In this invention, a part of speech n-gram probability model, a lexicalized part of speech n-gram probability model about a lexicalized part of speech and a hierarchized part of speech n-gram probability model obtained by hiearchizing a part of speech as a main body of the part of speech and a inflected form of the part of speech and weighting and combining them to calculate generation probability for each hypothesis as a candidate of a morpheme analysis result obtained by analyzing a sentence in terms of a morpheme and the solution (final result of morpheme analysis) is searched based on the generation probability of each hypothesis.
