Abstract:
To provide a lubricating oil composition that is useful as an ashless TBN source for a lubricating oil composition, that contains a compound derived from morpholine derivative and such a compound, and that has a level of reduced sulfated ash (SASH).
The lubricating oil composition is useful as the ashless TBN source for the lubricating oil composition which is suitable for an engine sealing material of fluoroelastomer and is the lubricating oil composition containing the morpholine derivative, which is expressed as following formula, and such a compound. The TBN of the lubricating oil composition is increased without increasing a SASH content simultaneously.
