Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar composition which is reduced in amount of entrained air in a slurry even in a low water ratio.SOLUTION: A mortar composition comprises cement, silica fume, water, water-reducing agent, an antifoam agent, fine aggregate and a high-tensile-structure fiber. The antifoam agent is a compound having oxypropylene, oxyethylene and alkyl chains as structural units, in a ratio of the oxyethylene structural units of 13-22 mol to 100 mol of oxypropylene structural units and a ratio of methylene structural units in the alkyl chains of 30 or lower. The fine aggregate contains 15-85 mass% of a grain group of grain sizes of 0.15 mm or smaller and 3-20 mass% of a grain group of grain sizes of 0.075 mm or smaller.
