Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar for rice-cake making capable of readily control ling the presence or absence of migration of air bubble into a pounded rice cake and producing a pounded rice cake of excellent quality, especially in palatability by attaching a resistance fan to an inside wall of a mortar body and freely controlling the movement of the resistant fan outward and inward.
SOLUTION: A resistant fan 3 is attached to an inside wall of a mortar body 1 and the movement the resistant fan 3 outward and inward is made freely controllable. Preferably, the resistant fan 3 is attached on a rotating disk 10 mounted at the central bottom part of the mortar body 1 and the resistant fan is made to freely moving outward and inward, or two resistant fans 3 are attached on the inside wall of the mortar body 1 and the rotating disk 10 at the central bottom part of the mortar body 1 and one or both of the resistant fans 3 are made to freely move outward and inward.
