Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortuary tablet for depositing ashes which can perform a mass for the dead or a pet animal at any time by compact integration of a tomb, a mortuary tablet and a picture frame for reducing burden on successors and pet keepers while eliminating the shortage of graveyards and cemetery centers.
SOLUTION: This mortuary tablet for depositing ashes has a box 1 for ashes made of ceramics in which parts of ashes powdered of the diseased and dead pet cremated are sealed together with an oxidation preventing agent, a tablet body 4 which is fitted with a housing part 2 for housing the box 1 for ashes, a holding part 3 for holding a photograph and a relief 16 of the diseased or dead pet, and an identification plate 5 made of metal which is bonded on the body 4 covering the upper part of the box 1 for ashes housed in the housing part 2 of the tablet body 4 to inscribe the name of the diseased, the nickname of the dead pet, the date of death, or the like thereon.
