CONSTITUTION: A moth-proofing agent for clothes capable of protecting clothes from biting damage with clothes vermin is produced by using terpinen-4-ol which is a natural component as an active component. The agent has strong moth-proofing effect, is harmless to the application worker and emits excellent fragrance. Even if the fragrance is transferred to clothes, it does not give unpleasant feeling and the transferred fragrance quickly vanishes. Since the active component is volatile, it is preferable to support the component on silica, alumina, etc., and more preferable to use in the form of a sustained release preparation.
