Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion analysis method and apparatus thereof, and motion analysis program capable of converting swing motion into scores by evaluating a plurality of checkpoints.SOLUTION: The motion analysis apparatus includes: a data analysis part for generating analysis data related to a striking face 13c1 of sport gear 13 using an output of an inertia sensor 12; and a score analysis part weighting the analysis data from the data analysis part to convert evaluation in a striking direction into scores. The analysis part generates at least two pieces of analysis data of: a first deviation angle of a striking face in impact from a virtual vertical surface with respect to a striking target direction; a second deviation angle of the striking face in the impact from a virtual vertical surface with respect to a tangential direction in the impact, coming into contact with a moving locus of the striking face; and an amount of deviation of a striking position in the impact from a virtual reference position set on the striking face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
