To provide an inexpensive motion control device that can control the motion of a vehicle appropriately even in case of the vehicle inclining during turning motion.
The vertical inclination of a vehicle to a gravitational direction is detected by an inclination detecting means ID, and the turning state of the vehicle is judged by a turning determinating means TD. At the time of judging the vehicle to be in turning motion, a yaw moment control means YM controls a braking force control means BC according to the detected result of the inclination detecting means ID so that yaw moment is generated in an opposite direction to the turning direction of the vehicle. According to the detected result of the inclination detecting means ID, braking force is imparted to a front wheel positioned on the turning outside of the vehicle, for instance.
